Words don’t do it justice for what it truly feels like to know, as if for the first time what it is like to be in an unrestricted body. it felt that years of holding, gripping and straining melted away
— Student of Healing ground

Deepen your own embodiment and open to the unobstructed flow of lived experience without losing your wholeness and stability.

  • Drawing from the main practices of Dr. Judith Blackstone’s Realization Process, these courses focus on cultivating wholeness of one’s body-mind-soul by mending inner fragmentation and constrictions caused either by trauma or self-limiting beliefs that formed along a specific relational pathway.

  • Using a synthesis of movement, somatic Healing Ground embodiment practices and depth psychology, these courses help participants release rigid, somatically anchored defenses, entrenched and binding emotional and/or physical pain holding patterns and relinquish energy blocks that continue to dampen down and hinder their vitality and full life experience.

  • A recognized piece of the Healing Ground work is when individuals train to inhabit themselves fully. We work on the distinguishment of inhabiting the body vs. simply becoming aware or mindful of it. When we inhabit the body often we awaken to full realization. We can experience this through a felt-sense of feeling like we fit inside our own selves (not too small, not too big). This is what I refer to as the Goldilocks zone, where we feel just right inside ourselves.

Even against all odds, no matter how much one has endured or suffered, there is an authentic core dimension of our being that has never been injured or fragmented, and therefore cannot be damaged.

  • As you attune to this embodied, subtle consciousness, you can become free of depression, anxiety, pain, fear, bitterness and confusion for yourself and what you carry and extend to others. The exercises can reveal a radiance of your body-mind-soul that is an ever-present source of equanimity, boundless and pervasive.

A state of complete balance, inside and outside, is a nondual state and can cultivate and promote joy and compassion.

“We can relate more authentically, with less projection, and with the love, empathy and compassion that emerges spontaneously when we realize non duality.”—Dr. Judith Blackstone
