First Fridays | Monthly Meditation + Embodiment Practice
$0.00

First Fridays is a live online monthly gathering for therapists, helping professionals, meditators, and anyone interested in embodiment, presence, and contemplative practice.

We meet on the first Friday of each month from 8:00–9:00 am ET for an hour of guided practice, reflection, and exploration.

Each month is a little different. We may work with meditation, Realization Process practices, embodiment, self-other differentiation, compassion, or simply what it means to become more deeply present within ourselves and our lives.

There is nothing to prepare and no experience is required. Come as you are, practice with us, and begin your Friday—and your month—from a quieter, more grounded place.

Embodied Clinical Practice: 4-Week Supervision Group
$200.00

This is a four-week, live online supervision group for therapists meeting October 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2026, from 9:30–11:00 am ET via Zoom. Group size will remain small (4-6) to allow for meaningful discussion, experiential practice, and case consultation.

Clinical work asks us to be deeply present with another human being while remaining grounded enough in ourselves to think clearly, respond responsibly, and recognize what belongs to us and what does not.

Embodied Clinical Practice is designed for therapists who want to deepen their capacity to bring somatics, embodiment, and meditation into clinical practice in a grounded, ethical, and integrated way.

Rather than simply accumulating more techniques, we’ll explore how the therapist’s own embodiment can become part of the clinical foundation—allowing interventions and tools to arise more organically and responsibly.

Across the four weeks, we’ll explore the therapist’s body as an instrument, micro-somatic interventions, trauma-sensitive meditation, differentiation and over-functioning, empathic exhaustion, and maintaining steadiness in challenging clinical relationships.

Each session will include teaching, experiential practice, and case consultation, with attention to both practical clinical tools and the internal stance of the therapist.

For those pursuing licensure: Supervision requirements vary by license and jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for confirming whether these hours meet the requirements of their licensing board.

Certified Kintsugi Facilitator Training
$595.00

This is a one-day, in-person Certified Kintsugi Facilitator Training held in Marietta, Georgia, on Friday, February 12, 2027, from 9:00 am–5:00 pm ET. The training includes all materials, a facilitator manual, certification, and 6 CORE continuing education hours approved through LPCA-GA.

Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery while allowing the history of the object to remain visible. Rather than disguising what has happened, the repair becomes part of the object’s story.

This hands-on training explores how the symbolism and practice of Kintsugi can be thoughtfully brought into therapeutic, educational, coaching, retreat, and group settings.

Participants will learn both the experiential process and a framework for facilitating Kintsugi with others—creating space for conversations about rupture, loss, imperfection, resilience, repair, and what it means to make something meaningful from what already exists.

This training is designed for therapists, educators, coaches, and group leaders who want to facilitate Kintsugi-inspired experiences within their own communities.
