Terms + Conditions

www.beherenowimindfulness.com

In pursuing any and all services and products available via beherenowmindfulness.com(i.e. classes, sessions, consultations, lectures, downloads, etc. from Jennifer Finch or other guest speakers, teachers, or practitioners featured on this site), you understand and agree to the following terms of use.

1. Purpose of this website and associated content

The purpose of any and all classes, private appointments, multimedia downloads, and any other materials or content available through beherenowmindfulness.com (and its staff, including Jennifer Finch and/or other staff members or guest presenters), is primarily to help you discover and/or deepen the experience of the part of your self that is already well and at ease. In Realization Process, this dimension of ourselves is called fundamental consciousness – the underlying unified field of pervasive stillness and alive presence, which has synonyms in contemplative, efficacy based, and mystical traditions such as:

  • Self or Atman (Hinduism and Vedantic teachings)

  • Compassion Research and Scientific Literature (secular teachings)

  • Integrated Somatic Psychology approaches of embodiment based on Western as well as Eastern psychology.

  • Divine ground (Western religious traditions)

  • Ground of being (Eastern religious traditions)

  • Rigpa or Buddha nature (Buddhism) and/or

  • Nonduality, as it is called in the modern spiritual milieu.

** You do not have to believe in anything, or obtain any religious or spiritual understandings in order to benefit from these teachings. They are universal, and applicable to all humans.

2. General Disclaimer
