At Be Here Now Mindfulness, LLC, I specialize in guiding individuals on a journey of in-depth self-study and personal realization. My unique approach combines two perspectives:

  1. Wide-Angle Lens on Life Systems: We explore how you've positioned yourself in the world and the impact of external events on your life. This holistic view helps in understanding your personal narrative within larger societal, familial, and environmental contexts.

  2. Somatic/Body-Focused Lens: We delve into the intricate details of your bodily responses to external stimuli. This helps us understand why your body reacts as it does, providing insights into your physical and emotional states. When we are embodied, we can change fundamentally at our core for lasting results.

We focus on working with symptoms as a gateway to deeper understanding rather than specific skill sets like anger/depression management, etc.

**Please note that my services are best suited for those who do not require higher levels of care for severe symptoms or suicidality.
